In 1993 the „FRAUENBÜRO“ of the city of Vienna under the direction fo EVA KAIL started a housing competion with the focus on every day life from the point of view of women architects. The site of 2.3 ha is on the edge of the district of Floridsdorf, on the corner between housing zone and small industries.
